Kayleigh was calm l, personable and really communicative throughout and helped dispel any pre-piercing nerves ! She was really thorough with explaining the process and sterilising process. Kayleigh was lovely - explained the whole process to me, took plenty of time to let me consider my options, explained how the piercing and all of the sterilisation of the equipment works! I came in for a septum piercing, it was quick and totally painless, and looks great. Also had an old piece of jewellery in an old piercing changed to something much more suitable. Kayleigh gave me the tools to be able to change my piercings myself, and also offered to come back or get in touch with her any time to change any pieces of jewellery/order custom pieces. Best piercing experience I've had so far :D

Kayleigh was so accommodating after I mixed up my appointment. She made me feel really at ease during the piercing and her workspace is immaculately clean.
